通过心理问卷探讨了学生干部经历对大学生坚韧性人格、社会支持和主观幸福感的影响作用。结果表明,有学生干部经历的大学生在坚韧性人格、社会支持和主观幸福感三方面均显著高于其他学生,在坚韧性人格、社会支持和主观幸福感三者之间存在显著相关,回归分析进一步表明坚韧性人格在社会支持和主观幸福感之间起部分中介作用。在研究基础上,对如何提升大学生的主观幸福感提出了建议。 |
英文摘要: |
Through the psychological questionnaire,the influence of the student leaders experience on the hardiness,social support and subjective-well being was studied. The results show that: 1. The students experienced student leaders,whose scores of hardiness,social support and subjective-well being are significantly higher than the average students. 2. Hardiness,social support and subjective-well being of college students experienced student leaders are significantly correlated. 3. Hardiness of college students experienced student leaders has an partly intermediary effect between their social support and subjective-well being. Based on this,the study puts forward suggestions on the cultivation of college students’ happiness. |
