| 山东新城王氏家族在极短的时间内由元末的一个默默无闻的平民之家发展为煊赫明清两朝的世家大族，然而却又在300余年后呈现衰败之势走向衰落，这其中包含诸多因素。通过从政治、经济、婚姻、教育四方面进行分析，可以探究其家族兴盛之因，继而又从内外部环境方面探微其衰落源流，进而为后世家族发展提供借鉴。 |

| The Wang family of Shandong Xincheng within a very short period of time by the end of a family of unknown civilian development tide for the pomp of the Ming and Qing Dynasties aristocratic families，however，it showed decline trend after 300 years. This article mainly from four aspects to explore the family prosperity on politics，economy，marriage and education. Then via internal and external environment aspects to explore its decline slightly. From the explore we can find a reference for the development of the family. |
