| 后扩招时代地方高校发展面临着学风不良、师资短缺、科研评价至上、办学条件难以满足学生学习需求等诸多问题，严重影响教育质量的提高和自身的发展。为此，地方高校要明确办学理念，在加强学风和师资队伍建设的基础上，凝练特色，通过建立教育质量保障体系来寻求生存和发展的出路。 |

| Local colleges are faced with many problems after the enrollment expansion, which has seriously affected the quality of education, including the limited professional teachers, bad learning atmosphere, lack of financial support and hardware, and non-scientific demonstration of the disciplines development and professional settings, and so on. These make the local colleges face with survival challenge and development problems. Accordingly, the local colleges should continue to standardize the school, based on strengthening the study style and teaching staffs, strengthen the development characteristics, and looking for the way of the survival and development by the establishment of educational quality assurance system. |
