| 完善民办高校办学体制机制是服务于我国经济社会发展的要求，是国家深化高等教育改革的需要，是保障自身可持续发展的关键。针对民办高校办学体制机制现存的问题，探讨了完善民办高校办学体制机制的路径，即：推进开放办学，建立校企深度合作机制；加强教学质量保障，建立教学质量监控长效机制；深化内部管理体制改革，构建现代大学制度；以教学为中心，建立促进教师教学激励机制。 |

| Improving private colleges’ management system and operational mechanism meets the needs of economic and social development, China’s higher education reform, and colleges’ own sustainable development. After sorting out the problems of management system and operational mechanism existing in private colleges, the article explores the path to improve private colleges’ management system and operational mechanism such as establishing college-enterprise cooperation mechanism, teaching quality control mechanism, the modern university system and promoting teacher’s incentive mechanism. |
