校本研修是新时期下提升中小学教师素质和教师发展的新途径。省-市-县-校四级联动,广泛在校本研修理念、内容、模式等方面展开探讨,亮点纷呈。但诸如在经费投入、校本资源建设滞后等方面也存在一些不足。面对教育发展新常态,必须善于总结经验,改进不足,统筹解决面临的各种问题,谋求有针对性的对策,才能取得更大突破。 |

School-based research and studies is a new approach in promoting the quality and development of the teachers from primary and middle schools in the new era. Discussions on the philosophy, contents, model of school-based research and studies have been widely conducted through interactions among province, cities, counties and schools and tremendous achievements have been made with plentiful highlights. However, there are shortages exposed in the process such as the delay in outlay devotion and school-based resources construction. Faced with the new normal of education development, we must learn to draw lessons from experiences, work on our disadvantages and deal with varied difficulties through overall planning so as to seek well-directed countermeasures and make new greater breakthrough. |
