      随着幼儿园班级规则教育异化现象的突出,对班级规则教育实然状态的详细考察尤为重要。以班级规则实施过程为切入点,以班级规则事件的基本部件即规则的导入、执行、修复为观察维度,采用参与式观察与访谈相结合的方法,通过对各部件的深入考察,得出以下结论:显性明确要求和违规行为导入是班级规则实施中主要的导入方式;预警性提醒是规则执行中使用频次最高的方式;班级规则的修复中,直接暴露使用频次最高,合作解决最少使用。结合访谈,进一步分析发现幼儿园班级规则教育存在两个问题:追求高效管理,忽略了幼儿的发展价值;强调绝对权威,忽略了幼儿的主体地位。
英文摘要:
      Alienation of class rules in kindergartens is a phenomenon that cannot be ignored. The detailed investigation of the practical means state of class rules is of great necessity. Starting from the process of class rules’ implementation in kindergarten, the paper carried out a deep and comprehensive examination by observation and interview with the basic elements of the introduction, implementation and restoration of class rules as research dimensions, and concludes that clearly requirement and lead in from violations are the two major ways to introduce class rules into class. Early warning is the most frequently used way in the process of implementing class rules. In the process of restoration of the class rules, exposure is mostly applied, and cooperation is least used. In addition to the observation, interview is also used in the research, two problems are found in class rules teaching in kindergartens. Firstly, high efficiency of management rather than children’s development is valued. Secondly, teachers’ authority rather than children’s dominant role is emphasized.
