目前旅行社普遍存在员工工作积极性不高的情况,影响服务质量,旅行社效益也因此受到不同程度的影响。这一问题的产生与员工的激励机制有很大关系。只有建立合理的机制,员工的积极性才会得到维持与提高,员工流动性才会保持在合理的水平上。本文从员工的工作特性与需求入手,主要采用理论和实证研究相结合的方法,对旅行社员工激励机制进行研究。 |

At present the work enthusiasm of travel agency employees is not high, which affect the service quality and the working efficiency.This paper found that the problem has a close relationship with employees incentive mechanism.And it suggested that only by blishing a reasonable mechanism, the enthusiasm of employees will be maintained and improved, and the staff mobility will maintain at a reasonable level.In this paper, it started from the working characteristic and the demand of employees, to study the travel agency employee incentive mechanism by theoretical and empirical research. |
