| 我国裁判文书说理性不足，很大程度上源于我国法学本科教育中“语言教育”存在缺失。此种缺失是科学技术对高校法学语言教育冲击、我国法律语言教育体系尚未建立以及高校对法律语言教育的重视程度不足共同作用的结果。因此，需要从鼓励法律“语言教育”相关科研，注重语言知识与实践活动相结合，丰富法律语言教育方法，优化师资队伍，在国家司法考试中增加司法文书写作等具体措施着手，以完善我国法学本科“语言教育”体系。 |

| In China,the judicial papers usually lack of judgment reason，which largely been blamed on lack of Language education.The article studied three reasons of the problem:the scientific and technological impact on Language education of law; the incomplete legal language education system and insufficient emphasis on the legal language education.Based on the understanding of the reasons，this paper puts forward appropriate proposals,such as encouraging related research to “Language Education”,focusing on language practice,enriching legal language teaching methods,improving faculty professional skills,and examining judicial writing in National Judicial Examination,in order to improve our “Language Education” system in undergraduate law schools. |
