      学前教育质量体系的建立是规范和提高学前教育机构教育教学标准的有力保障,可以弥补家庭教育存在的局限性。英国政府通过较为完善的学前教育机构评估制度,以课程标准政策为基础,“确保开端”等计划、等项目为依托保证了学前教育的平均质量。文章针对英国学前教育质量保障体系的特点和实施效果进行深入探讨,以期能为我国的学前教育质量保障体系的不断完善起到一定的借鉴作用。
英文摘要:
      The establishment of quality system for preschool education helps to specify and improve the performance of teaching agencies focusing on preschool education. It is supposed to make up for the disadvantage of family education.The British government has established a relatively sound evaluation system for preschool education to guarantee the quality of preschool education on the basis of the National Curriculum and projects such as ‘Sure Start’. This paper analyzes the characteristic and effect of quality system of preschool education in British as a reference of Chinese government to improve their own quality system.
