近年来,幼儿园心理健康教育在我国受到的关注和重视程度日益提高,但是仍然存在诸多问题,主要表现在:由于理论体系不完整,培养机制不健全、家园教育不同步等原因导致的幼儿教师心理健康教育专业知识匮乏、专业技能欠缺等方面。提升幼儿教师心理健康教育专业水平,需要幼儿园、家庭、社会等各方共同努力,从强化教育宣传、优化师资培养培训、深化教研科研等方面探寻出路。 |

Mental health education in kindergartens is getting increasingly attention and recognition. But there are still many difficulties. Teachers are found to be at a relatively low professional level due to the imperfect theoretical system,cultivation mechanism and discordance between family and kindergarten. Kindergarten,family,society and the other parties need to make joint efforts to further explore countermeasures to these problems. |
