| 近年来，校园儿童被性侵事件屡见不鲜，教师这一神圣职业逐渐受到人们所诟病。学校本是儿童学习和成长的家园，但在现实环境中却成为儿童受侵害的主要场所之一，教师作为儿童学习和成长过程中的引路人，却屡屡将邪恶之手伸向儿童，给儿童的身心发展带来了极大的伤害。透过校园性侵事件的特征表现，发掘隐藏在事件背后的深层根源，继而提出相应解决对策，才能更好地保护儿童合法权益，促进儿童身心健康和谐发展。 |

| In recent years,incidents of sextual assault on children occur frequently in school. The occupation of teacher is then denounced by the public. Schools which are supposed to be the land of students’ learning and growing become the major sites of sextual assault on children. Teachers known as the guides of students’ learning and growing stretch out their evil hands to children and cause huge hurt to them. Only by exploring the deep root of the incidents of sextual assault on children by a comprehensive analysis of such phenomena and then proposing countermeasures can we better protect children’s legal interests and help them grow healthily. |
