幼儿园初任教师是幼儿教师群体“再生产”过程的关键环节,其专业自我的建构关系着园所教师队伍的稳定和教师高质量发展,更关系着初任教师自身顺利度过职业适应期,成为“作为‘人’的教师”和“作为‘教师’的人”的有机统一体。研究采用质性—量化—质性进阶的顺序解说型混合研究方法,结果发现:幼儿园初任教师专业自我包含专业自我知觉、专业自我体验、专业自我动机和专业自我规划四个维度,但这四个维度并不是静态的固化构成,每一个维度都能成为撬动初任教师专业自我形成的启动杠杆,呈现出“风叶式”的动态结构模型。 |

Kindergarten novice teachers are the key link in the process of kindergarten teachers’ reproduction . The construction of their professional self is related to the stability and high-quality development of kindergarten teachers, and it is also related to the novice teachers themselves can successfully pass the professional adaptation period and become the organic unity of "teachers as" people" and" people as" teachers" ". The research adopts qualitative-quantitative-qualitative advanced sequential explanatory mixed research method, and the results show that,the kindergarten novice teachers’ professional self includes four dimensions: professional self perception, professional self experience, professional self motivation and professional self plan. But these four dimensions are not static and solidified,and each of them can be as a leverage to launch the kindergarten novice teachers’ professional self, showing a "wind-leaf" dynamic structural model. |
