      学前教育资源配置研究是推动学前教育均衡发展,实现教育公平的前提。本文综合运用问卷法等方法对民族地区H市学前教育资源配置的现状进行研究,得出H市存在幼儿园师资配置总量不足、素质结构失衡等学前教育资源配置的问题。据此,本文以社会理念认同先行、资源配置效率为重、师资队伍更优化这三方面提出促进内蒙古自治区H市学前教育资源均衡配置的建议。

      Research on preschool education resource allocation is the premise of promoting balanced development of preschool education and realizing education equity . This paper studies the current situation of preschool education resource allocation in H city in ethnic areas by comprehensive use of questionna preschool education resources in H City , such as insufficient allocation of kindergarten teachers and imbalance of quality structure . Accordingly , this paper puts forward Suggestions to promote the balanced allocation of preschool education resources in H City of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region frture . Accordingly , this paper puts forward Suggestions to promote the balanced allocation of preschool education resources in H City of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from three aspects : social concept identification first , resource allocation efficiency first , and better optimization of teachers。
