| 游戏权是儿童的一项基本权利，其实现需要国家、社会、家庭、儿童不同主体在物质、精神各方面的努力和配合。通
过对56 名乡村儿童游戏权高度相关的教师、家长、行政人员、教科研工作者等进行深度访谈，结合行动者网络理论借助
Nvivo12 探究还原受访者眼中影响乡村儿童游戏权保障的各行动者。当前制约乡村儿童游戏权实现的突出问题为：核心因
素不明确导致方案模糊；多元因素不凝聚导致力量分散；非人因素存偏见导致忽视观念。建议明确政府核心定位，协调主
体利益关系，制定具体行动方案。 |

| The right to play is a fundamental right of children，the realization of which requires the efforts and cooperation of different
subjects of the state，society，family，and children in material and spiritual aspects. This study conducted in-depth interviews with 56
teachers，parents，administrators，and researchers who are highly related to the right to play of rural children，and combined with the
actor-networks theory with the help of Nvivo 12 rooted in resorting the various actors that affect the guarantee of the right to play of ru⁃
ral children in the eyes of the interviewees. Reflection on the current realization of children’s right to play in rural areas there are: un⁃
clear core factors leading to vague plans; the lack of cohesion among multiple factors leading to the dispersion of power; biased non-hu⁃
man factors leading to the neglect of ideas. Based on this，the path for guaranteeing rural children’s right to play is conceived in terms
of targeting the government’s core positioning，coordinating the interests of stakeholders，and formulating specific action plans. |
