      幼儿园劳动教育应当充分发挥树德、增智、强体、育美的综合育人价值,为幼儿终身全面发展奠基。近年来,晋江市第二实验幼儿园积极开展职业体验式劳动教育,主要形成了以下教育策略:明确幼儿劳动素养递进性发展目标,坚持循序进阶开展全面幼儿职业体验式劳动教育,精心设计与统筹实施幼儿职业体验式劳动教育活动,积极引导与支持幼儿初步形成基本劳动素养。
英文摘要:
      Kindergarten labor education should fully play the comprehensive educational value of cultivating morality, enhance intelligence, strengthen physical fitness, and have aesthetic education, all of which can create the foundation for the comprehensive lifelong development of young children. In recent years, the Second Experimental Kindergarten in Jinjiang City has carried out vocational experiential labor education, mainly practising the following educational strategies: clarifying the progressive development goals of young children's labor literacy, adhering to the progressive development to have comprehensive young children’s vocational experiential labor education, carefully designing and coordinating the activities implementation of young children’s vocational experiential labor education, actively guiding and supporting young children to initially form basic labor literacy.
