以F省幼儿园为研究对象,初步编制了具有良好信效度的《基于研学旅行的幼儿劳动教育量表》,用于评价F省基于研学旅行的幼儿劳动教育的开展状况,以期为幼儿园基于研学旅行开展劳动教育提供研究工具,促进幼儿园更好地开展基于研学旅行的劳动教育。该量表包括四个维度,分别是教师对劳动研学的认识、幼儿劳动研学的组织与实施、幼儿劳动研学的评价、幼儿劳动研学的保障条件。量表结果表明,F省幼儿园的幼儿劳动研学开展的总体情况处于中等偏上水平,四个分维度也均处于中等偏上水平。其中教师对劳动研学的认识在四个维度中得分最高,幼儿劳动研学的保障条件在四个维度中得分最低;不同性质园所在教师对劳动研学的认识、幼儿劳动研学的保障条件上存在显著差异;不同等级幼儿园在幼儿劳动研学的组织与实施、幼儿劳动研学的评价、幼儿劳动研学的保障条件上均存在显著差异;城市与农村幼儿园在教师对劳动研学的认识、幼儿劳动研学的组织与实施、幼儿劳动研学的评价、幼儿劳动研学的保障条件上均存在显著差异。幼儿园、家庭、社区以及教育主管部门应发挥自己的力量,共同促进幼儿劳动研学的有效开展。 |

Taking the kindergarten of Province F as the research object, this paper preliminary compiles the “Early Childhood Labor Education Scale based on Educational Trips”with good credibility and validity, to evaluate the development of early childhood labor education based on educational trips in Province F, in order to provide research tools for kindergartens to carry out labor education based on educational trips, and promote kindergartens to better carry out labor education based on educational trips. The scale includes four dimensions, which are teachers’understanding of labor educational trips,the organization and implementation of early childhood labor educational trips, the evaluation of early childhood labor educational trips, and the guarantee conditions of early childhood labor educational trips. The results of the scale shows that the overall situation of early childhood labor research in kindergartens in Province F is at upper middle level, and the four sub-dimensions is also at upper middle level. In these data, teachers’ understanding of labor research is the highest score in the four dimensions, and the guarantee conditions of early childhood labor educational trips scores the lowest in the four dimensions. There are significant differences in teachers’ understanding and the guarantee conditions of labor educational trips for young children in different kindergartens. There are significant differences in the organization and implementation, the evaluation, and the guarantee conditions of early childhood labor educational trips among different levels of kindergartens. There are significant differences between urban and rural kindergartens in teachers’understanding, the organization and implementation,the evaluation, and the guarantee conditions of early childhood labor educational trips. Kindergartens,families,communities and education authorities should exert their own strength to jointly promote the effective development of early childhood labor educational trips. |
