以四川、重庆两地的349名省属学前教育公费师范生为研究对象,通过问卷调查了解其乡土情怀现状,并对其影响因素进行分析。结果显示:学前教育公费师范生乡土情怀提升空间较大;乡土关切是学前教育公费师范生乡土情怀中最弱的维度;职称、是否本地人、报考动机及入学前对公费教育政策的了解度对学前教育公费师范生乡土情怀影响显著。基于此,提出要严把学生入口关,为高校培养选择合适生源;要抓好职前培养关,增强乡村任教意识和本领;要做好职后发展关,强化留任和服务乡村意愿。 |

Based on a questionnaire survey of 349 provincial public-funded preschool education normal students in Sichuan and Chongqing, the present situation of their local feelings and its influencing factors were analyzed. The results showed that: there is a large room for improving the local feelings of the preschool education normal students; local concern is the weakest dimension in the local feelings of preschool education normal students; professional titles, whether they are locals or not, the motivation of applying for examination and the degree of understanding about the policy of public-funded education before entering the colleges and universities have a significant impact on the local feelings of public-funded preschool education normal students. Based on this, it is suggested that: we must strictly control the entrance of students and select suitable sources of students for the cultivation of colleges and universities; we should focus on pre-service education and enhance the awareness and skills of teaching in rural areas; we need to do a good job in post-service development and strengthen their willingness to stay and serve rural areas. |
