| “三区三州”推广普通话工作具有重要意义，它直接关系到个人社会阶层流动性的实现，关系到“三区三州”乡村振兴的实现，同时，也是民族地区铸牢中华民族共同体意识的前提条件。由于历史与现实的原因，该项工作面临艰巨的挑战。相较于其它地方，“三区三州”的经济发展水平历史差距大、教育发展滞后、部分边民的国家认同感模糊。经过各方努力，当地的推广普通话工作在“十三五”时期取得了重要成绩，积累了一些成功经验与做法。在看到成绩的同时，应从铸牢中华民族共同体意识的整体架构下来思考推广普通话工作，建立推广普通话工作的长效机制，并下大力气抓好学前儿童国家通用语言文字的学习。 |

| Publicizing standard mandarin in Three Regions and Three Prefectures is of great significance, which is a precondition for the realization of personal social mobility and prosperity of rural areas, and is also a precondition for fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation. There are many challenges for this work due to many reasons historically and in reality. Compared with other regions. Three Regions and three Prefectures are under-developed in economy, education and national identity as well. Standard mandarin publicizing has made some achievements through the efforts of all parties during the past years; which provides some experiences. However, efforts should be made to establish long-term mechanism and transform the way of publicizing standard mandarin from the perspective of constructing framework of fostering strong sense of community for the Chinese nation; efforts should also be made on preschool children’s standard mandarin study. |
