      深化新时代教育评价改革是加快建设高质量教育体系的有机构成与重要支撑。陈鹤琴是我国现代著名教育家,也是教育评价的早期探索者与实践反思者。从积极推进心理测验中国化开始,陈鹤琴关注心理测验在教育实践中的运用,奠定了教育评价的科学基础。陈鹤琴的教育评价主要包括儿童发展评价与课程活动评价,且覆盖教育机构评价等多方面,主要针对基础教育阶段,是其教育改革实验的基础与构成。陈鹤琴的教育评价具有开放性、灵活性与综合性等特点,重视教育评价诊断、改进、激励、导向等多功能的发挥,初步探索从标准化测验到表现性评价的转型演进,为当前教育评价深化改革提供了有益参照。 关键词:陈鹤琴;教育评价;心理测验
英文摘要:
      Deepening the reform of educational evaluation in the new era is an organic component and important support for accelerating the construction of a high-quality education system. Chen Heqin is a famous educator in modern China, as well as an early explorer and practice thinker of educational evaluation. Chen Heqin actively promoted the sinicization of psychological tests, paid attention to the application of psychological tests in educational practice, and laid a scientific foundation for educational evaluation. Chen Heqin’s education evaluation mainly includes the evaluation of children’s development and curriculum activities, and covers many aspects such as the evaluation of educational institutions. It is mainly aimed at the basic education stage, which is the basis and composition of his education reform experiment. The characterizations of Chen Heqin’s educational evaluation are openness, flexibility and comprehensiveness. The paper places considerable value on diagnosis, improvement, motivation, guidance and other functions of educational evaluation, and initially explores the transformation and evolution from standardized tests to performance evaluation, which provides a useful reference for the current reform of educational evaluation.
