      亲和力是新时代高校思政课教学质量的表征,构建亲和力评价体系是提升思政课教学质量的保障。关于如何评价亲和力的提升效果,当前研究付之阙如,现有的评价体系也不适切。借用产品设计领域中用户体验评价的新范式,构建高校思政课亲和力评价体系,在理论理性、实践理性和价值理性上必要且可行。从用户体验视角出发,依据第四代评价理论,突出高校思政课特殊性,研究发现“预期”“场景”“交互”“文化”“价值”和“情感”是影响思政课亲和力的核心要素。通过数年实践验证和论证,基于六大要素构建起包括需求评价、过程评价、效果评价、保障措施的评价体系,采用跟踪调研、混合研究方法进行实证研究,提出开展思政课亲和力建设和评价的六大启示。
英文摘要:
      Affinity is a representation of teaching quality of ideological-political courses in colleges and universities in the new era, and the construction of affinity evaluation system is the guarantee to improve the teaching quality of these courses. However, the existing researches are insufficient and the current systems are inappropriate to evaluate the improvement of affinity. Using the new paradigm of user experience evaluation in the field of product design, it is necessary and feasible to establish an affinity evaluation system for ideological-political courses in colleges and universities in terms of theoretical rationality, practical rationality and value rationality. From the perspective of user experience and on the basis of the fourth generation evaluation theory, this paper highlights the particularity of ideological-political courses in colleges and universities, and finds that “expectation”, “scene”, “culture”, “value” and “emotion” are the core elements that affect the affinity of the courses. Through several years of practice and demonstration, an evaluation system including demand evaluation, process evaluation, effect evaluation and guarantee measures is established on the six elements. In this paper, the empirical research is conducted by means of follow-up investigation and mixed research, and six inspirations are put forward for carrying out affinity construction and evaluation of ideological-political courses.
