      强国保种是清末新政时期蒙学与女学得以发展的缘由之一,晚清士大夫对女学的期待包括“母强则国强”“保种救国”。这种源自西式进化论理论模式的“强国保种”话语,在与清末蒙学建设所秉承的“中体为本”原则相结合后,使得以儒家思维为主导的新政改革者能将蒙养院师资上溯与三代女学相承接,并将蒙养教育机构蒙养院的建设与传统育婴堂相整合,最终出台《奏定蒙养院章程及家庭教育法章程》。此后陆续出台的女学章程,也让女学在国家保障下获得了发展。清末儿童启蒙教育与女学存相互作用、共生发展,其中对优秀传统文化资源进行有效转化是稳健改革的有力保障。
英文摘要:
      Protecting children for powerful nation is one of the logical starting points for the development of children and women’s education in the New Deal Period of the late Qing Dynasty. The expectation of the literati in the late Qing Dynasty includes “the mother is strong, the country is strong” and “protecting children for powerful nation”. This kind of discourse of “protecting children for powerful nation” originated from the western evolution theory mode, combining with the principle of China-oriented” in the construction of children education in the late Qing Dynasty, enabled the New Deal reformers led by Confucian thought to undertake the teaching staff of children education school with three generations of women education, integrated the construction of children education institutions(children education school) and traditional nursing homes, and finally issued the Charter of Nursing Home and Family Education Law. Since then, the regulations of women’s education have been issued successively, which has made women’s education develop under the guarantee of the state. In the late Qing Dynasty, children’s enlightenment education and women education interactively, symbiotically developed, effective transformation of excellent traditional cultural resources was a strong guarantee of steady reform.
