      当前,在幼儿教师开展集体教学观课和评课活动中存在“单兵作战”“缺乏证据支持”“改进效率低”等问题,需要在区域、园本研修层面探索有效的专业支持和规范研修,以促进群体教师智慧成长。“焦点式‘一课三研’循环改进幼儿教师言语行为”探索历时十年,经历自愿的自组织探索、有组织的系统研修和持续的深化研修三个阶段,初步形成有效的理论观点、运作方式和实践操作路径。在课堂观察技术支持、集成化和整体研修模式、可视化教师研修成果、导向基于证据的教学等方面都有新的创新和突破,为幼儿教师改进自身教学行为、提升实践智慧,区域和园本研修提供了可行的、易于操作的实践路径和范例。
英文摘要:
      At present, as preschool teachers observe and comment group teaching , there are a lot of problems, such as“Fighting alone”“Lack of evidence to support”“Low improvement efficiency”, etc. It is necessary to explore effective professional support and normative research level of the regional and studies activities in kindergarten to realize the wisdom growth of group teachers. The exploration of “Focusing on ‘One Activity and Three Researches’cyclic improving preschool teachers’speech behavior”lasted for ten years, and experienced three stages: voluntary self-organization exploration, organized systematic study and continuous deepening study. Finally, an effective theoretical viewpoint, operational mode and practical operating path have been preliminarily formed and there are new innovations and breakthroughs in classroom observation technology support, integrated and holistic research model, visualization of teachers’research results, and evidence-based teaching, providing preschool teachers a feasible, easy-to-operate practical path and example to improve their teaching behavior, practical wisdom and the regional and kindergarten-wide researches.
