      :近年来,陕西省幼儿园教师队伍数量增长,专任教师与幼儿配备比例下降,与国家整体水平持平;教师队伍区域分布不均 衡,城区幼儿园专任教师数量饱和,乡村缺口较大;教师队伍年轻化态势有所下降,所学专业对岗位适应性较好,学历提升加 速;教师工作环境和条件不断改善,但职后晋升比较缓慢,专业成长空间受限;教师队伍稳定性向好发展,工资福利仍不尽如人 意,但流动原因趋于多元化。在“十四”五学前教育发展提升行动计划启动之际,为加强教师队伍建设,应科学规划、合理扩大 教师队伍规模,重点完善农村幼儿园教师长效补给机制;促进发展、加强骨干人才梯队建设,加大幼儿园专任教师教研和培训 力度;稳定队伍、建立健全人事管理制度,保障幼儿园教师社会福利待遇。
英文摘要:
      Recently this study found that in Shaanxi Province the number of teachers had increased and the ratio of full-time teachers to preschool children had decreased,which was in line with the overall national level. The unbalanced regional distribution of teachers led to the saturation of full-time kindergarten teachers in urban areas while the insufficient teachers with big gap in rural areas. The trend of rejuvenation of teachers had decreased. The academic qualifications of teachers had been improved significantly with majors of strong occupational adaptability. The working environment and conditions of the teachers had been improved continuously. Due to the lack of promotion opportunities,the career development of teachers was limited. The stability of teachers showed a good prospect,but the salary and welfare of teachers was still unsatisfactory. The reasons for the flow of talent tended to be diversified. On the occasion of the development and enhancement of pre-primary education in the“14th Five-Year Plan”,in order to strengthen the construction of full-time kindergarten teachers,it is suggested to formulate scientific planning to expand the scale of teachers with the focus on im⁃ proving the long-term supply mechanism of kindergarten teachers in rural areas. It is suggested to promote the career development of teachers and strengthen the construction of backbone talents so as to increase the intensity of teaching research and training. It is sug⁃ gested to establish and improve the human resource management system and improve the social welfare and salary of teachers so as to stabilize and maintain the talents.
