      教育实践是学前教育专业学生专业学习与发展的重要内容,也是提升幼儿园教师职前培养质量的关键环节,有必要深入探究学前教育专业教育实践效果的影响因素。笔者运用文献分析法和行为事件访谈法(BEI)建构了学前教育专业学生教育实践胜任力指标体系;采用决策实验室分析法(DEMATEL)确定了指标体系中各能力因素的相互影响关系。结果表明,“师德践行”“沟通能力”“学习能力”“反思能力”“观察反馈”“信息技术”“自我认知”“职业认知”和“职业情怀”9项能力因素是原因因素,应予以重视。学前教育专业学生及培养学校应加强学生身份成长中的认同感培养,构建教育实践中的学习共同体,重视实践操作中的个性化指导,完善教育实践中的表现性能力测度。
英文摘要:
      Educational practice is an important part of the professional learning and development of preschool education students, and it is also a key link to improve the quality of preschool teachers’ pre-service training. It’s necessary to deeply explore the influencing factors of the effectiveness of students’ educational practice. By using the method of literature analysis and Behavior Events Interview(BEI), this paper constructed an educational practice competency index system. Decision-making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) was used to determine the relationship between various ability factors in the indicator system. The results showed that teacher’s professional ethics, communication ability, learning ability, reflection ability, observation and feedback skills, information technology capability, self-cognition, professional cognition and professional feelings are the cause factors, which should be paid more attention to. Universities and training schools should strengthen the cultivation of students’ professional identity, build a learning community in educational practice, attach importance to personalized guidance in practice activities, and improve the performance assessments in educational practice.
