      “家长执照”指家长经过一系列线上线下的学习获得的合格执照或证书。运用Nvivo11工具,对检索到的51篇“家长执 照”材料进行编码,分析影响“家长执照”认同的因素,发现“家庭教育缺位,家长不想教”“为父母提供学习渠道”“家长应尽的责 任”三个因素对“家长执照”认同的影响最大,并进一步归纳出“家长执照”不被认同和被认同的原因。为增加社会对“家长执照” 的认同,提出政府做好顶层设计,提高科学性与可行性;壮大支持力量,提升培训质量;避免形式主义,唤起家长责任意识的建议。
英文摘要:
      “Parent's License”refers to a series of online and offline learning for parents to obtain a qualified license or certificate. The study used the NVivo11 to code the 51“parental license”materials retrieved,summarized the factors that affect the identity of the“pa⁃ rental license”,and found that“family education is absent,and parents do not want to teach”,“provide parents with learning chan⁃ nels”,“Parents’duty”these factors have the greatest impact on the identification of“Parent License”,and the reasons why the “Parent License”is not recognized and recognized are further summarized. To increase the society’s recognition of the“parent’s li⁃ cense”,the research puts forward the following recommendations:The government should do a good job of top-level design,improve scientificity and feasibility suggestions; strengthen support and improve the quality of training; avoid formalism and arouse parents' sense of responsibility.
