最新发布的2019年ECPP调查数据分析美国3岁以下婴幼儿接受家庭式照护和机构式照护的现状。对比中美两国3岁以下婴
幼儿照护服务的供需实践，提出了对促进我国3岁以下婴幼儿照护服务发展的启示。 |

| As an important component of early experience，child care has a direct impact on infants and toddlers’current and subse⁃
quent healthy development. In the United States，policies and programs related to child care for infants and toddlers under the age of
3focus on three domains: Good Health，Strong Families，and Positive Early Learning Experiences. Based on the data from the 2019 Ear⁃
ly Childhood Program Participation Survey，the present study analyzed the status and characteristics of home-based care and centerbased
care for infants and toddlers. Policies and practices related to child care for infants and toddlers under the age of 3 in the United
States will shed light on the development of care services for infants and toddlers under age 3 in China. |
