亲子游戏治疗作为一种心理治疗干预模式，不仅能够解决儿童的社交、情绪及行为障碍，而且可以帮助构建和谐的亲子关系。由于其应用范围广、操作简便，近年来迅速成为我国儿童心理治疗领域的研究热点。本文通过深入分析亲子游戏治疗的发展历程，详细总结CPRT，DPT，TP，PCIT，RT及DIR floortime六种不同亲子游戏治疗模式，指出专业治疗师的培养、父母心态转变以及数字辅助工具的引入是亲子游戏治疗本土化的重要方向。

英文摘要:

In recent years，parent-child play therapy，as an effective psychotherapeutic intervention，can not only address children’s social，emotional and behavioral obstacles，but also promote the formation of harmonious parent-child relationship. Because of its wideapplications and facile operation，it gradually becomes a research hotspot in the field of children’s psychotherapy. The develop⁃ ment，characteristics and implementation methodsof parent-child play therapies，i.e.，CPRT，DPT，TP，PCIT，RT and DIR floor time，have been systematically organized in this review with important directions of localization of parent-child game therapy on train⁃ ing of professional therapist，change of parental manner and utilization of advanced digital tools essentially emphasized.
