      :托育师资队伍建设是办好托育服务的核心与前提。我国台湾地区经过多年的探索,颁布了较为完善的托育规定及管理 文件,建立了托育人员资格准入制度,完善在职培训制度并注重实用性,采用评鉴与辅导相结合的监管制度以保障师资质量, 均为祖国大陆提供了经验借鉴。祖国大陆应进一步完善法律法规,建立托育人员职业资格准入制度,多种途径扩充托育人员 队伍、缓解人员紧缺问题,建立健全托育人员在职培训制度,完善托育人员监督管理体系。
英文摘要:
      Childcare providers play a core and prerequisite role in the good quality of childcare services. After years of exploration,Tai⁃ wan has promulgated relatively complete childcare regulations and established normative qualification admission system; its on-the-job training system is perfect and pays attention to practicability,and the supervision system that combines evaluation and guidance is ad⁃ opted to ensure the quality of childcare providers,which provides experience and reference for the China mainland. Therefore,The fol⁃ lowing suggestions are put forward: the Mainland China should further perfect related laws and regulations to establish qualification ad⁃ mission system of childcare providers; it should expand the team of childcare providers and make up for the shortage of personnel in vari⁃ ous ways; it also should establish the systems of on-the-job education and improve the management system of of childcare providers.
