教师身份影响教师的自我期望和专业发展,关乎教师对于教育改革的态度,关系到教育质量的提升。幼儿教师身处幼儿
园场域,教学方式与其他教师有很大差异,身份的建构更具独特性。本文从布迪厄“场域——惯习”的社会实践理论视角对幼
儿园场域以及幼儿教师的惯习与资本进行分析,归纳出影响幼儿教师身份构建的因素,其中,幼儿园场域是幼儿教师身份构建
的情景基础,幼儿教师的惯习是方向指导,文化资本是动力源泉,可以通过建构积极场域,培养动态惯习和兑现等值资本等措
施更好地促进幼儿教师身份构建。 |

The identity of a teacher affects teachers’self-expectations and professional development,and it affects teachers’attitudes
towards education reform and even the improvement of education quality. Kindergarten teachers are in the kindergarten field,and their
teaching methods are very different from other teachers,so the construction of their identity is more unique. Based on Pierre Bourdieu’ s“field- habitus”theory of social practice,this article analyzes the kindergarten field and the habitus and capital of kindergarten
teachers,and summarizes the factors that affect the construction of kindergarten teachers’identity. Among them,kindergarten field is
the situational basis for constructing the identity of kindergarten teacher,the habitus of the kindergarten teacher provides direction
guidance,and cultural capital is the source of power. Therefore,the construction of kindergarten teachers’identity can be promoted
by constructing a positive field,cultivating dynamic habituation,and cashing out equivalent capital. |
