      为了探讨小学生家庭功能、睡眠质量、创造力三者的现状及其之间的关系,研究采用《家庭功能评定量表(FAD)》《匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)》和《威廉斯创造力倾向测评量表》对黄山市2所小学的4-6年级学生进行调查,发现:(1)情感介入是高年级小学生最主要的家庭功能问题,情感反应次之;家庭功能在年级上存在显著性差异。(2)睡眠时间是高年级小学生睡眠中的主要问题,睡眠效率次之;睡眠质量和睡眠效率分别在性别和年级上存在显著性差异。(3)高年级小学生创造力发展较为平均。(4)睡眠质量与家庭功能、创造力与家庭功能存在显著性相关。研究得出:良好的家庭功能可以提升小学生的睡眠质量与创造力。
英文摘要:
      To explore the current situation and relationship between family function,sleep quality and creativity of primary school students,using the scale for Assessment of Family Functioning (FAD), the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scale (PSQI) and “Williams Creativity Tendency Assessment scale”to investigate the students of grade 4 to grade 6 in two primary schools in Huangshan City,founding that: (1) Emotional intervention is the primary family function problem of primary and secondary school students, and the emotional response is secondary; There were significant differences in grades in family function. (2) Sleep time is the main problem in primary and secondary school students’sleep;There were significant differences in sleep quality between the sexes, and there were significant differences in sleep efficiency in the grade. (3) There was no significant difference in the gender and grade of primary school students’creativity development.(4) There is a significant correlation between sleep quality and family function, creativity and family function. The Conclusion is that good family function can improve the sleep quality and creativity of primary school students.
