      现阶段,社会对高质量的0-3岁婴幼儿托育服务的需求巨大,而我国托育人才供给严重滞后,远不能满足当前行业发展的需求。本研究采用问卷调查和访谈的方法,发现托育师资存在的问题主要有:托育人才总体数量严重紧缺,专业背景欠佳、学历层次较低、专业能力薄弱;人才队伍稳定性差、资格证书混乱、职后培训缺乏。提出增设不同层次托育相关专业,制定托育从业人员资格准入标准、多措并举提高职前人才培养质量、建立完善的职后培训体系、薪酬体系及社会保障制度等对策。
英文摘要:
      At present, there is a huge demand for high-quality childcare services for infants aged between 0-3, while the supply of childcare talents in China lags seriously, which is far from meeting the needs of the current industry development. By means of questionnaire survey and interview, this study finds that the main problems of childcare teachers are: the total number of childcare teachers is seriously in short supply, the professional background is poor, the education level is low, the professional ability is weak, the stability of the personnel team is poor, the qualification certificates are chaotic, and the after-service training is not enough. So this paper puts forward some countermeasures, such as adding different levels of kindergarten-related majors, formulating career qualification standards for kindergarten employees, taking multiple measures to improve the quality of post vocation training, and establishing an improved after-service training system, salary system and social security system.
