      实践性是卓越幼儿园教师培养的重要着力点。培养需求与实践基地的增速差异使实践难以实现数量与质量的双重保 障,导致卓越幼儿园教师培养受到挑战。虚拟仿真技术因其沉浸性、交互性、构想性等特点与卓越幼儿园教师实践能力培养这 一核心诉求高度契合。依托虚拟仿真技术实现该诉求需要构建“促进实践能力培养的虚拟仿真实验平台建设”“基于实验平台 优势发挥的‘T-S-P’培养模式创新”“扩展培养模式效力的共同体的建立”这一技术与教育相融合的培养路径。
英文摘要:
      Practicality is an important factor in the training of excellent preschool teachers. The difference of growth rate between training needs and practice bases makes it difficult to guarantee both quantity and quality in practice,which leads to challenges in training excellent kindergarten teachers. Because of its immersion,interaction and conceivability,virtual simulation technology is highly consistent with the core demand of excellent preschool teachers’training programs. In order to rely on virtual simulation technology to achieve this training goal,it is necessary to construct the combined training path of“building a virtual simulation experiment platform which can improve the practical ability ”,“creating a‘T-S-P’training mode that can give full play to the advantages of the experimental platform ”and“building a community that can extend the effectiveness of the training model”.
