      人的存在形态与教育活动紧密相关,培养什么样的人不仅决定了教育目的、内容和方法,也影响了教师的角色扮演。服 务于技术人训练的学校教育,意在通过系统学科知识的传授而训练个体服务社会的技能,幼儿园教育实际上被排除在学校教 育体系之外,沦为了可有可无的准教育部分,而幼儿园教师也成为了无足轻重的准教育工作者。呼应知识经济社会要求的创 新人培养,使学校教育理念从片面突出知识复制转向文化改造,强调通过创造性人格养成与创新思维发展,来实现个体创造力 的提升,幼儿园教育成为学校教育的关键期,而幼儿园教师也从准教师转变为关键教育者。
英文摘要:
      The form of human existence is closely related to educational activities. The kind of person we should cultivate not only deter⁃ mines the purpose,content and method of education,but also affects the role of teachers. School education serving the training of tech⁃ nicians aims to train individual skills of serving the society through the teaching of systematic subject knowledge. Kindergarten educa⁃ tion is actually excluded from the school education system and becomes the dispensable part of school education. kindergarten teach⁃ ers,meanwhile,become insignificant quasi-educators. The cultivation of innovators responding to the requirements of knowledgebased economy and society shifts school education concepts from one-sided emphasis on knowledge replication to cultural transforma⁃ tion,emphasizes the cultivation of creative personality and the development of innovative thinking to achieve the promotion of individu⁃ al creativity. Therefore,kindergarten education has become a critical period of school education,and kindergarten teachers have also changed from quasi-educators to key educators.
