中文摘要:
      教学业绩激励对于激发教师潜力、提高教师教学积极性、提高人才培养质量等有着十分重要的意义。本文通过文献调 查、政策文本分析与访谈法总结地方高校教师激励机制以及教师教学激励机制构建现状与存在问题,并对影响高校教师教学 激励因素进行分析。最终提出应从完善高校教师薪酬制度、改革高校教师职务评定制度、制订差异化教学激励措施、完善教学 管理制度等方面对地方本科高校教师教学业绩激励机制进行改进,达到提高地方高校教学质量的目标。
英文摘要:
      Teaching performance incentive is of great significance to stimulate teachers’potential, improve their teaching enthusiasm and improve the quality of personnel training. Based on literature survey, policy analysis and interviews, this paper summarizes the current situation and existing problems of local university teachers’incentive mechanism and the construction of teachers’teaching incentive mechanism, and analyzes the influencing factors of university teachers’teaching incentive mechanism. Finally, in order to improve the quality of teaching in local universities, we should improve the teaching performance incentive mechanism from the aspects of improving the salary system, reforming the job evaluation system, formulating differentiated teaching incentive measures, and improving the teaching management system.
