      语言是幼师教学的重要工具,是师幼关系最重要的桥梁,幼儿教师的重复性言语对教学活动、幼儿的发展起着重要作 用。文章以农村幼儿园大班幼儿教师作为研究对象,采用观察法、案例分析法,对幼儿教师在日常保教活动中的言语重复行为 展开研究。研究发现:总体而言,幼儿教师否定评价重复无效,而积极的评价重复太随意;保育活动中,教师的组织性言语重复 过多,控制性强,缺乏指导性;集体教学时,机械的领读式重复和讲解重复效果不好;教师的反复提问言语暗示性太重,启发性 不足等。针对以上问题,分析并探索了相应的优化策略。
英文摘要:
      Language is an important tool of teaching and the most important bridge between teachers and children. Preschool teachers’ verbal repetition behavior plays an important role in teaching activities and children’s development. This study takes the top class teachers in Rural Kindergartens as the research object,adopts the methods of observation and case analysis to study the verbal repeti⁃ tion behavior of kindergarten teachers in daily care and education activities. The research found that: Generally,kindergarten teach⁃ ers’negative evaluation repetition is invalid,and positive evaluation repetition is too casual. When organizing conservation activities, teachers’organizational verbal repetition is too much,strong control,and lack of guidance. When teaching,mechanical lead reading repetition and explanation repetition are not effective. Teachers’repeated questions are too suggestive,lack of inspiration. etc. In view of the above problems,the corresponding strategies are analyzed and explored.
