在国家强调推动教师教育改革发展、提高师范类专业人才培养质量背景下,研究基于陈鹤琴“活教育”思想,凝练“发现小
孩、了解小孩,解放小孩、信仰小孩,变成小孩”的“学以成童”思想,并以此为指引,明确学前教育专业本科人才培养目标与毕业
要求,明确人才培养目标与毕业要求体系,构建指向“学以成童”的活课程体系,设计多元化的课程组织实施途径,探索构建课
程评价体系。

In the context of national emphasis on promoting the reform and development of teacher education and improving the quality
of teachers’professional talents, the research condenses the thoughts of“Learning to Be Children”as“Discovering Children, Under⁃
standing Children, Liberating Children, Believing in Children, and Becoming Children”based on Chen Heqin’s“Living Education”
thought. And by using these as a guide, this paper clarifies the training goals and graduation requirements for undergraduates in pre⁃
school education, clarifies the talent training goals and graduation requirements system, builds a living curriculum system that points to
“Learning to Be Children”, designs diversified ways to organize and practice courses, and explores the construction of a curriculum
evaluation system. |
