      幼儿教师的人文素养是学前教育专业师范生必备的基础素养,是走入工作岗位前亟需提高的,也是各大高等院校在人 文培养过程中需要补充和提升的一环。工作坊模式在教育教学能力的培训中广泛应用,在学前教育专业大学生人文素养培育 的过程中也有着较好的实施效果。本文对基于工作坊的学前教育专业大学生人文素养培育中的优势进行分析,从工作坊的基 础设施和条件、工作坊的师资配备、工作坊的课程建设、工作坊的课程评价建构等四个方面提出学前教育专业大学生人文素养 培育中的应用策略。
英文摘要:
      The humanistic quality of preschool teachers is a professional quality that must be possessed by normal university students majoring in preschool education,and needs to be improved before applying for the teaching post,and is also a link that needs to be supplemented and promoted in the process of humanities training in colleges and universities. The workshop model is widely used in the training of teachers’education and teaching ability. Besides,it has a good implementation effect in the cultivation of humanistic quality of preschool education majors. This paper,on the basis of workshop model,analyzes the advantage of the practice in the hu⁃ manistic literacy cultivation of college students,and proposes an application strategy of the model in humanistic literacy cultivation of undergraduates from four aspects: infrastructure and conditions,teaching staff,course construction and course evaluation.
