摘要:在疫情防控背景下的《管理学原理》在线教学活动中,笔者使用小规模限制性在线课程(SPOC)、直播、社交网络等多种
方式结合,展开了对在线教学的实践,在情感态度和知识掌握两个层面验证该过程实现了实质等效。基于该过程的教学经验,
线上教学宜采用“SPOC+直播的实质等效线上教学模型”,教师应对线上教学中的心理和社会因素以及未来发展给予持续关注
和研究。 |

Abstract: In the context of epidemic prevention and control, the author used a combination of small-scale restrictive online courses
(SPOC), live broadcasts, social networks and other methods to practice the substantive equivalence between online and offline teaching
based on the online teaching activities of the course,“Principles of Management”. And the substantive equivalence was verified in
terms of knowledge mastery and emotional attitudes. Base on the experience of teaching process, the study established an online teach⁃
ing model of“SPOC + live broadcast”. In the end, the author discussed the psychological and social factors in online teaching as well
as its future prospect. |
