      摘要:新中国成立70 年来,我国学前教育事业取得了举世瞩目的成就。这一成就的取得是中国特色社会主义政治、经济、教 育因素共同驱动及国际化和本土化探索的结果。政治动力方面,坚持以人民为中心,幼有所育,把学前教育视为“重大民生工 程”,不断推进学前教育普及普惠;经济动力方面,通过大力发展各种类型托幼机构以解放妇女劳动力并激发社会经济活力;教 育动力方面在于使学前教育更好地为幼儿全面健康发展服务。为此,国家不断强化对学前教育的“教育管理”、加强师资队伍 建设、推进课程改革、改善办园条件等。新中国学前教育在向外学习与立足国情有机统一的历史进程中,走出了一条中国特色 的发展之路。

      Abstract:Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China 70 years ago,China's preschool education has made remarkable achievements. This achievement is the result of the political,economic andeducational factors of socialism with Chinese characteris⁃ tics,and the exploration of internationalization and localization. In terms of politics ,we adhere to the people-centered approach and provide preschool education,regard preschool education as a“major livelihood project”,and continue to promote universal preschool education; in terms of economic,we liberated women and stimulated social and economic vitality by vigorously developing various types of child-care institutions; in terms of education,we made preschool education better serve the overall and healthy development of young children. And for that,the state has continuously strengthened the“education management”of preschool education,strength⁃ ened the construction of teachers,promoted the curriculum reform,and improved the conditions for running gardens. Preschool educa⁃ tion of People’s Republic of China has embarked on a path of development with Chinese characteristics in the historical process of learning from abroad and organically uniting its national conditions.
