      本研究以442 名幼儿教师为研究对象,采用正念注意觉知量表、职业倦怠量表、离职意向量表,考察幼儿教师正念水平 对其离职意向的影响,并分析职业倦怠的中介作用。结果发现:(1)幼儿教师正念水平处于中等以上水平,职业倦怠和离职意 向较低;(2)不同教龄幼儿教师在职业倦怠总体及其去个性化、低成就感维度和离职意向上存在显著差异,不同学历和不同园 所性质的幼儿教师在正念水平和离职意向上存在显著差异;(3)幼儿教师正念水平、职业倦怠总体、离职意向之间均存在极其 显著相关,幼儿教师正念水平既直接影响其离职意向,也以职业倦怠为中介间接影响其离职意向,职业倦怠在幼儿教师正念水 平和离职意向之间起部分中介作用。
英文摘要:
      This research took 442 kindergarten teachers as the research objects,used the mindful attention awareness scale,job burnout scale and turnover intention scale to investigate the influence of mindfulness level on their turnover intention,and analyzed the mediating mechanism of job burnout. The results showed that: (1) when kindergarten teachers’mindfulness level was above medium level, the scores of job burnout and turnover intention were relatively lower; (2) there were significant differences in job burnout,depersonalization, diminished personal accomplishment and turnover intention.among kindergarten teachers of different teaching ages,and there were significant differences in mindfulness level and turnover intention among kindergarten teachers of different educational backgrounds and different kinds of kindergartens; (3) the mindfulness level,job burnout and turnover intention of kindergarten teachers were all significantly correlated,and the mindfulness level of kindergarten teachers not only directly affected turnover intention but also indirectly affected turnover intention by job burnout which played intermediary role between kindergarten teachers’mindfulness level and turnover intention.
