| 主要采用问卷调查法、数理统计法，对黔南州348 名幼儿园教师开展体育活动的现状作调查表明：幼儿园教师的性别、
教龄及身份会影响其开展户外体育活动的时间和次数；户外体育活动是幼儿园教师组织最多的体育活动形式；少数民族体育
活动开展较少；发表过幼儿体育方面论文的幼儿园教师较少；对幼儿造成伤害的体育活动形式从高到低分别是户外活动及其
他活动、体育课和早操。建议：多引进男幼儿园教师，增加幼儿园教师的编制；提高认识，提升体育教学科研能力；完善幼儿园
的设施设备，做好安全防范工作；加强家园合作，树立科学的体育观。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| The questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method have been mainly used. The inves⁃
tigation on the present situation of 348 kindergarten teachers carrying out sports activities in Qiannan Prefecture
shows: the gender, teaching age and identity of kindergarten teachers will affect the time and frequency of out⁃
door sports activities; outdoor sports activity is the most organized form of sports activity by kindergarten teach⁃
ers; few minority sports activities are carried out; fewer kindergarten teachers have published papers on pre⁃
school physical education; from high to low, the sports activities that cause harm to young children are outdoor
activities and other activities, physical education classes and morning exercises. The author puts forward the fol⁃
lowing suggestions to introduce more male kindergarten teachers and increase the establishment of kindergarten
teachers; raise awareness and enhance the ability of physical education and scientific research; improve the facili⁃
ties and equipment of kindergartens, do a good job of safety precautions; strengthen cooperation of the family
kindergarten and set up scientific sports concept. |
