| 摘 要：乡贤文化是中国优秀传统文化之一。新乡贤群体和新乡贤文化在当前乡村治理和乡村振兴中具有重要的作用。安徽省临泉县近年来积极探索新乡贤文化在乡村振兴中作用的发挥，取得了较好的成效，也积累了一些经验。进一步弘扬新乡贤文化，发挥其在乡村振兴中的重要作用，要完善新乡贤参与乡村活动的激励机制，正确处理新乡贤与村两委的关系，发挥新乡贤在乡村文化建设中的作用，预防新乡贤异化为宗派与黑恶势力，防止新乡贤活动中的以德代法行为等。 |

| Abstract: The rural sage culture is one of the outstanding traditional Chinese cultures. The new rural sage group and culture play an important role in the current rural governance and the process of rural revitalization. In recent years, Linquan county in Anhui province has actively explored the role of the new rural sage culture in rural revitalization strategy, and has achieved good results and accumulated some experiences. To further promote the new rural sage culture and strengthen its important role in rural revitalization strategy, we need to improve the incentive mechanism for new rural sages to take part in rural activities, properly handle the relationship between them and the village committees and give full play to the role of the new rural sages in the construction of rural culture to prevent them from changing into sects and evil forces as well as substituting morality for law in their activities |
