从责任认知和行为选择的角度来看,幼儿教师亲职伦理责任问题主要可以分为亲职伦理责任推卸问题、亲职伦理责任越
界问题以及伦理两难问题。究其产生的原因可以归结为伦理知识缺位造成的亲职伦理敏感性不高、伦理和道德的混淆造成的伦
理责任认识不清、以情感主义为表征的道德文化产生的道德语言无序、伦理勇气缺位造成的伦理实践能力不强。针对幼教实践
中产生的亲职伦理问题可以从构建亲职伦理规范、营造亲职伦理文化、关注亲职伦理实践三个方面进行改善。 |

From the perspective of responsibility cognition and behavior choice, the parental ethics responsibility
of kindergarten teachers can be summarized into two types: ethics responsibility and ethics dilemma. The
reasons can be summarized as the low sensitivity of parental ethics caused by the absence of ethical
knowledge, the vague understanding of ethical responsibility caused by the confusion between ethics and
morality, the disorder of moral language caused by moral culture characterized by emotionalism, and the weak
ability of ethical practice caused by the absence of ethical courage. In order to solve the problems of parental
ethics in early childhood education, it is necessary to construct the ethical norms of parental ethics, foster the
ethical culture of parental ethics, and concentrate on the practice of parental ethics. |
