培养高质量的早期教育人才是解决我国目前所面临的人口问题、保证“全面二孩”政策顺利实施过程中不可或缺的重
要环节。但是因为早期教育课程的特殊性,在地方高校的课程实践中容易出现种种问题,从而影响教学效果。本研究从OBE
教学理念出发,以《0-3 岁儿童保教指导》课程为例,借鉴JigsawⅡ小组学习方法,以学生为中心,以结果为导向,进行教学改革
实践探索。结果表明,与讲授为主的传统教学方法相比,学生的学习动机、学习主动性、专业认同感和学习效果都有了明显的
提升,OBE 教学理念对高校早期教育课程的顺利实施有着非常重要的指导意义,值得相关课程推广和借鉴。 |

Cultivation of high-quality early education talents is an indispensable link in the solving of
nation-wide population problem and ensuring the smooth implementation of the universal two-child policy.
However, because of the particularity of early childhood education curriculum, it is easy to have various
problems in the curriculum practice of local universities. Based on the OBE, this study takes the course of
Guidance on 0-3-Year-Old Children’s Education as an example, introduces group cooperative learning of
Jigsaw II, with students as the center, based on results-oriented principle, and conducts practical exploration of
curriculum reform. Compared with the traditional teaching methods, the results show that students’ learning
motivation, learning initiative, professional identity and learning effect have been obviously improved. The OBE
has a very important guiding significance for the smooth implementation of the early childhood education
curriculum in colleges and universities, and it is worth popularizing and applying. |
