      幼儿教师职业适应是幼儿教师职业生涯中,个体在职业内外部环境中相互协调的状态,是幼儿教师社会适应的一个重要方面,包括专业能力适应、人际关系的适应、职业认同、自我认同/发展需求、身体适应、成就感/胜任感等六个维度。研究采用自编问卷《幼儿教师职业适应调查问卷》,对云南省红河州城镇幼儿教师职业适应现状进行问卷调查,采用SPSS24.0对数据进行统计分析,发现:(1)幼儿教师职业适应水平与职业适应六维度均存在显著正相关。(2)幼儿教师职业适应六维度之间存在显著相关关系。(3)红河州城镇幼儿教师职业适应水平总体较高,人际关系适应水平高;职业认同、专业能力、自我认同/发展需求三个方面的适应水平较高;身体适应与成就感/胜任感两方面的适应水平相对偏低,其中身体适应水平最低。(4)幼儿教师职业适应水平在职称上存在显著差异,职称越高,职业适应水平越高,但在各维度上差异性显著程度不同。(5)幼儿教师职业适应水平在教龄上存在显著差异,教龄越长,职业适应水平越高,但在各维度上差异性显著程度不同。

      Preschool teachers' vocational adjustment is individuals adjustment in the state of internal and external environment of mutual coordination of ones teaching career, and an important aspect of social adaptation, which includes six dimensions: professional ability to adapt, interpersonal adaptation, professional identity, identity/development demand, healthy body, a sense of achievement/feeling of competence and so on. This research uses self-made questionnaire of "preschool teachers' vocational adjustment questionnaire" in area of Yunnan honghe, to study present situation and problems of preschool teachers' vocational adjustment by using SPSS24.0. It finds out that:(1)There is a significant positive correlation between the vocational adjustment level of preschool teachers and the six dimensions of vocational adjustment. (2)There is a significant correlation between the six dimensions of preschool teacher's vocational adjustment. (3)In honghe state, the level of professional adaptability of preschool teachers is higher, and the interpersonal relationship is high. Professional identity, professional competence, self-identification and development demand have characteristic of high adaptability. The adaptation level of physical health and sense of accomplishment/competence is relatively low, among which the fitness level of the body is the lowest. (4)The vocational adjustment level of preschool teachers is significantly different in professional titles. The higher the professional title, the higher the vocational adjustment level. However, the differences were significantly different in each dimension. (5)There are significant differences in the teaching age of preschool teachers, the longer the teaching age, the higher the vocational adjustment level. However, the differences were significantly different in each dimension.
