      幼儿教师职前语言能力建构是职前培养的重要内容,目前存在着诸多不尽如人意的地方,水平参差不齐。本文根据现状调查,从语言自觉意识和语言表达能力两个方面总结现状,并从教学时空限制、教学重心设置以及教学团队建设等几方面分析成因,从科学准确进行课程定位、修改人才培养方案、完善课程标准、改变教学方式等七个方面提出了幼儿教师职前语言能力建构 策略,希望借此改变现状。
英文摘要:
      The construction of preschool teachers'pre-service language ability is an important part of pre-service training.At present,there are many unsatisfactory areas with different levels. Based on the investigation of the present situation,this paper summarizes the present situation from two aspects of language consciousness and language expression ability, analyzes the causes from the aspects of teaching time and space limitation,teaching focus setting and teaching team building, then puts forward the pre-service language ability construction strategies for preschool teachers from the following aspects: positioning the curriculum scientifically and accurately, modifying the talent training scheme, perfecting the curriculum standard and changing the teaching methods,etc,in order to change the present situation.
