      农村幼儿园教师质量是提高农村学前教育水平,缩小城乡学前教育差距的关键。山西省芮城县作为一个普通的农业县,在推进“四位一体”的城乡学前教育一体化改革中,通过城乡教师交流轮岗机制、一体化培训机制以及城乡教师教研一体化,有效提高了全县幼儿园教师专业发展水平。芮城县的经验表明,通过建立城乡教师专业发展共同体、幼儿园学习共同体以及培养农村本土幼儿园教师等方式可以有效提升农村幼儿园教师质量。
英文摘要:
      The quality of rural preschool teachers is the key to improve the level of rural preschool education, and also a key to narrow the gap between urban and rural preschool education. As an ordinary agricultural county in Shanxi Province, Ruicheng county pushes the “Four-in-One” reform of integrated preschool education in urban and rural areas. By having the exchange and rotation mechanism of urban and rural teachers, and having integrated training mechanism and the integration of teaching and research of urban and rural teachers,it has effectively improved professional development level of preschool teachers. The experience from Ruicheng county shows that quality of rural preschool teachers can be effectively improved through establishment of urban and rural teacher professional development community, by having kindergarten learning community and by creating training system of local preschool teachers.
