      家长助教作为一种常用的家园合作共育方式,在家园同步教育、形成合力中发挥重要作用。通过建立“合作型”助教支持系统、形成基于“问题”的工作机制、构建“适切性”助教模式、启动“个性化”助教项目等方式,发挥家长显性和隐性的教育资源,丰富幼儿一日活动内容,为幼儿智慧成长服务。
英文摘要:
      As a new type of cooperative home education, parent teaching assistants play an important role in the synchronization and formation of educational force. Through the measures such as establishing the “cooperative” assistants supporting system, creating a work mechanism based on the “problem”, building a “adaptive” assistant mode and launching “personalized” assistant projects, the activity highlights the parents’ explicit and implicit education resources, riches children’s daily activities and helps young children’s comprehensive development and smart growth.
