| 传统《教育政策与法规》课堂存在理论性强、学生难理解，学生的法治意识和创新能力、实践能力难以培养等客观问题。在国考和教育信息化双重背景下，授课教师应当转变观念，以国考为导向，充分发挥“雨课堂”这一智慧教学工具的多元功能：课前引领学生自主学习，课上创新师生多渠道互动，课后帮助教师精准反思教学，科学提高教学效果。雨课堂可以充分调动和发挥学生学习的主观能动性，帮助教师解构和革新《教育政策与法规》传统教学模式，推动混合式教学、过程性评价和多渠道互动，深化师范生法治精神的培养，是有效提高师范生培养水平和培养质量的现代化教学工具。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| The traditional “Education Policy and Regulations” classroom has following problems: the oretical problems difficult for students to understand and it is is difficult to cultivate students’ legal awareness and innovation ability and some other objective problems. With the dual background of national examination and educational informatization the instructors should change their concepts take this national examination as guidance and give full play of “Rain Classroom” with its multiple functions as a wisdom teaching tool. By using “Rain Classroom” it can help students to learn independently before class; it can innovate multi-channel interactions among teachers and students on class; it can help teachers accurately reflect about teaching effectiveness after class; and it can scientifically improve teaching results. The Rain Classroom can fully mobilize and exert the subjective initiative of students’ learning help teachers deconstruct and innovate traditional teaching mode of “Education Policy and Regulations” promote mixed teaching methods process evaluation and multi-channel interaction and deepen the conception of the rule of law among normal students. It is a modern teaching tool that effectively improves the training level and quality of normal students. |
