2018年11月,《中共中央国务院关于学前教育深化改革规范发展的若干意见》颁布,提示我们研究园本教研管理具有重要的时代意义和实践意义。本研究以园本教研组织管理职能、研究职能和服务职能三大职能为出发点,以西安西缆幼儿园为个案,以行动研究为主要方法,采取调查、访谈了解园本教研管理存在的问题,试图在团队式管理理念下,重新架构园本教研管理的体系,细化制度,设计教研活动频率、内容和形式,形成团队式园本教研管理评价体系。 |

In November 2018,the State Council of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued a number of opinions on deepening the reform and standardization of preschool education development,suggesting that it is of great epochal and practical significance for us to study the management of kindergarten-based teaching and research.Starting from the three functions of organization and management mechanism,research function and service function of kindergarten-based teaching and research activities,by taking Xi’an Xilan kindergarten as a studying case,this studytakes action researching as a main method,adopts investigation and interview to understand the problems existing in kindergarten-based teaching and research management,and tries to reconstruct the system of kindergarten-based teaching and research management,in order to reframe and refinethis system and design its frequency,content and form of teaching and research activities,so that forming a team-based teaching and research management and evaluation system. |
